We collect information you provide when creating an account: email address, name, and profile picture (via Google OAuth). We also collect monitoring data: URLs you add to monitor, check results, and incident history.
We use your information to operate the Service: run uptime checks, send notifications, display status pages, process payments, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal data.
Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL) servers. Payment processing is handled by LemonSqueezy — we do not store or see your credit card information.
We use the following third-party services: Supabase (database), Resend (email delivery), LemonSqueezy (payment processing), Google (OAuth authentication), Vercel (hosting). Each service has its own privacy policy.
We keep monitoring data (check results, incidents, status pages, alerts) for as long as your account exists, because your uptime reports and public status pages are built from it. Nothing expires automatically, and your plan does not change how long we keep it. You can delete your account and all of its data permanently from Settings, or email us and we will do it.

We use essential cookies for authentication (NextAuth session tokens). No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
